Chef Thaninthorn Juntharawan, also known as "Chef Noom", has his passion to take on traditional Thai cuisine balances domestic with international and classic with contemporary set menus made with first-rate ingredients from around Thailand. The "Thai food in 4 Regions” set, presents a dazzling array of flavours. The setting, a vintage colonial house decorated with abundant greenery, invites you to relax and savour your meal.
He took his first steps in the culinary world while studying in the UK and also accumulated valuable experience in Thai and international cuisine there. His previous workplaces include Blue Elephant and Thai Square, famous Thai restaurants in London as well as fine dining Michelin Guide restaurants such as Zuma, Patterson's, Momo, Sketch, and Gordon Ramsay where his culinary techniques were broadened and honed.
After his return to Thailand, he decided to join the Iron Chef Thailand cooking show and became the Thai Iron Chef winner. Then, he had a chance to be a judge on Kitchen Wars Thailand. After those successes, he finally established a restaurant of his own "Chim by Siam Wisdom" to take on fine dining traditional Thai cuisine with modern twists. Since 2018, it's been awarded a Michelin star for six consecutive years. Chim by Siam Wisdom becomes one of the best Thai restaurants in Thailand.

While he gears towards using top-notch ingredients and contemporary western culinary techniques to give diners a new perspective and experience on Thai dining, he still holds his philosophy of the restaurant firmly and wholeheartedly.
